Speech and Debate

WHO:
Students who want to be part of one of Gig Harbor High School’s
most successful competitive teams and who want to develop their speaking,
acting or critical thinking skills.
PURPOSE:
Enhance skills in speaking, critical thinking, and research skills
ACTIVITIES:
- Compete in Speech and debate tournaments in the local area
- Compete nationally at the University of California, Berkeley
and the National tournament
- TideFest and other fundraisers.
